Model 110.25132411 Kennmore
We've replaced the suspension springs but it didn't help.
Is it possible it is a loose cam or belt?
Any other ideas?  Thank you

Hello,

Sorry to hear of your issue here. So if you replaced all (4) suspension rods and are confident the washer is level.. the cam the drive pulley would be the remaining culprit here --> https://www.appliancezone.net/replacement-w10721967-w10006384-washer-pulley-cam-belt-for-whirlpool/
If you replace this kit which Appliance Zone carries and includes the belt as well you should be vibration free. If not, then I suspect an issue internally in the transmission/gearcase which would be a very costly repair but not very common to this type of issue. The suspension rods and/or the cam kit normally take care of this type of problem.. Good luck to you!
