Hello!  I'm working on a GE oven, Model number ZP366NP3SS which is giving the F9 error code.  The tech sheet inside the unit says F9 indicates a problem with the cooling fan sail switch.  I've checked the fan and switch and both appear to be in good working order.  The fan spins and the switch has continuity when activated.  I replaced the temp sensor three days ago and the oven worked fine until this morning when the F9 returned.
Any ideas?

And thank you for your assistance!

Hello,
On errors like these you can either replace the part that the error refers to or replace the part telling you what the error is. I would replace the cooling fan sail switch and if the problem persists it could be a fault within the control board itself'
