Samsung washer model WA45H7000AW about 5 years old.
A few months back replaced the water sensor. Has been working fine until today. Now washer isn't shutting off water ALL the time. Ran an empty load on perm press shut off for wash cycle but on rinse cycle it didn't, if I pause & turn off water at wall & turn it back on, it goes thru rinse cycle no problem.  I have checked for loose wires & made sure all are connected & made sure that the tube for the water sensor wasn't touching anywhere. Can someone tell me what part is bad??

If the inlet valve is not shutting off unless you turn the water off at the source then it leads me to l=believe the inlet valve is stuck open and needs replaced
