GE Ventless dryer - dcch480ek0ww
The controls are digital.   after starting dryer it stops after 2 minutes.  this occurs in heat mode, timer and air fluff.
The diagnostics tests all run fine.   thermistor testing in the diagnostics mode allows it to run more than 2 minutes.   there is heat as well.

Any ideas what else i can try?   the control board was replaced last year when there was no power going to the control board.

Thanks

Hello,

I would start with the thermistor.. to be honest, I have no technical info on this model. Without an error it is a little bit like shooting in the dark. I am wondering, this model shows two thermistors, one for the drum and one in the top console. I am not sure what the functions of both of these would be. You would need to find out what the ohm reading should be for each one. Perhaps one of them is bad causing the dryer to shut down which is a typical sign of a failing thermistor.
