Hello, my microwave has stopped heating. I resolved the diode and fuse although the replacement diode has similar measurements as the old. New measures 700K when positive is on anode and 350K when reversed. Old is 1.2M and 650K.

Are these normal values for the diode?

If the new diode is not defective, then I think the high voltage transformer must be bad. I measured it and it only shows 3.0 volts.

Any guidance would be really appreciated.

Yeah sounds like a transformer issue to me.. not sure on the diodes, you would have to get that info from Ge if you can't find it online
