French door refrigerator staying cold on top, but bottom drawer freezer not cold at all. Display panel falsely blinking freezer at -14.  Freon leak? Control board bad? Any thoughts?

model # PFSF6PKXBBB

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Richard

first question.. is the refrigerator running? if you hear the fans then need to check the compressor to see if it is actually running or if only the fans are running

Refrigerator portion is running and holding temperature. Compressor seems to be running fine. Fan cooling compressor is running as well.

well if the only issue is the display is flashing and it normally does not do that and everything is cooling fine looks like you would need a control board. I have not personally worked on this model so I am not familiar with the control boards or displays on this model
