My Frigidaire model FFBD2407LS0B was leaking a large puddle of water on the floor. There was no water under the unit, just in front, so it seems like a door leak. I replaced the bottom door seal. I decided to do a test run before putting the front cover back on. There is no longer any water on the floor. However, there is a small but steady amount of water seeping into the - for lack of a better word - trough on the bottom of the door. This is outside the tub but normally covered by the front cover. The water drains out the center notch in the door seal back into the tub then down the drain. This doesn’t seem right in one sense, but on the other hand it almost looks engineered to work this way. Can anybody tell me if this is normal, or is my seal not installed correctly? I sure appreciate any help. Thanks!
