All 5 lights remain flashing even after disconnecting from the receptical. Will not reset to factory settings.
Replaced the door switch with a new switch. No change in status. I don't want to continue the trial and error repair method .

Thanks for using the forum! Are the lights flashing nine consecutive times  then stopping for a brief moment, and flashing again? This may be a control board issue.

After researching this, it seems to be a control board issue. Here is the part number for the control board listed for your model: 137005000. I hope this helps!
