None of the igniters work.  Oven, convection does work.  It has 2 igniter modules.  I replaced one module last year when burners would not stop clicking.  This time around, I replaced the oldest module, but nothing changed.  Tried replacing the newer one, still not fixed.  Possibly a bad new module?  Unlikely they both went bad?  How can I check a module?  Any other diagnosis as I am comfortable troubleshooting...thanks,
paul

Hi and thanks for using the forum! Could I have the model number of your appliance?

After doing some research it sounds like its either the module or the ignition switch. The surface spark module is in the ignition circuit for the gas surface burners. When a surface burner control knob is turned to the "Lite" position, it provides voltage to the spark electrodes on the gas surface burners. If the surface spark module fails to provide the electrodes with voltage, then it should be replaced. The igniter switch is an electrical switch on the stem of the gas surface burner control valve. This switch completes a circuit to the surface burner spark module, causing the burner igniters to spark when the burner switch is turned to the Lite position. Replace the burner igniter switch if the burners don't spark when you turn the burner control knob to the Lite position or if igniters spark constantly even when the burner knobs are in the Off position.

Are the ignition switches behind the control knobs?  All the igniters are not working.  Is there a way to bypass the spark module to test the switches?  It seems to me that I would lose one control, not all 6 at once.  Leads me to the spark module, but I just tried replacing one of them with no change.  It may be a bad one.  Any way to test the module?

Are the ignitors clean? Sometimes they just need to be cleaned off. Yes, You can get access to the burner switches behind the panel of the burner knobs. Remove the knobs and the panel and then disconnect one wire from each burner switch to see if it continues to click. If not, then start plugging them back in one at a time and whichever one causes the unit to spark when you plug it back in needs to be replaced. It may be both modules went bad, although unlikely, but it does happen.

Was this problem ever solved? I have a Five Star stove which none of the burners light.  None click.  I also tried to replace the spark module, but that didn’t solve the problem either.  Maybe a bad spark module. Who knows.  I’m assuming there is no way to test it.
I wonder if anyone will see this post.

You may of received a bad or defective spark module .. Make sure it is the correct one for your range.. The module is the brain which sends current to the burners causing them to spark.. It is highly unlikely all of your burner ignitors are bad, I would look again at replacing the main spark module.
