I have a GE built in electric oven, model JKP45WA. I keep getting an error code F7 which means there are multiple buttons on the touch pad being pushed at the same time. Since the self clean feature comes on by itself I am assuming it's that button that is intermittently making contact. My question is do I have to replace that whole front panel or can I somehow get access to the buttons? I would not have a problem disabling the self clean feature if it gets rid of the error.

Unfortunately, I believe you would need to replace the whole part. The model number you gave me is not complete at the end. If you can provide the full model number off the appliance, I can see what part number is listed for your specific unit.
