Hello, welcome to the forum! When you installed the new board, did you install the wiring harnesses that came with it?

Thank you for your post on The Appliance Repair Forum.
We are working with Appliance Zone .Com, Speedy Appliance.Com, and Thrifty Appliance Parts .Com to make sure your issue  is actually the part problem.
We find that about 90 % is not actually the part issue but something else wrong with the appliance,
So I will assist you to try and get your unit up and running again as soon as we can.
If it is decided that it is a parts issue You will be directed Back to The parts Dealer that you ordered the part from
to receive a Return Authorization. The Forum DOES NOT issue the RA we are here for Technical support ONLY .
Thank you! The Appliance Repair Forum.

The model number that you have provided of  FPHS2699KF0 shows the original main control board as part number 242000406 and the manufacturer has subed that part number to a number of 530391498.

So the part number you have of 5303918494 is not the correct main control board for the model number you have provided .
You may want to check your part number once again please.

As for the wire diagram for your model here is a link for that .

Ok then you do have the correct part.
What was the reason the control board was being replaced for?
And when you say (  new board only allows the hi temp LED, nothing else.  Wink I`m assuming you mean the high temp alert light on the dispenser display.
And when the high temp light comes on  did you press the the high temp icon? to acknowledge the alarm, at which time the highest temperature reached will be displayed and the refrigerator will resume normal operation..
This is from page 9 in the use and care booklet.

originalproblem was thaat the refrig stopped working, and when <i got in the apt, the refrig had alarms, and could not be reset, or any function on the control panel would function properly.  trying to reset it only gave a clicking sound under the refrigerator, but nothing would happen.  turned off the breaker, and waited a few minutes and tried again,  only had the same result.

With the new board, we tried to reset the high temp alert LED, but it would not go off r give any interaction when pressing the alarm reset.
