I've turned off the circuit breaker and it did not reset on it's own, what next?

Thank you for your post on The Appliance Repair Forum today.
Can I please have the Full model number of the unit to better assist you ?
I need to have some type of idea what product I am dealing with to better assist you.
And do you know what the error code stand for?
Also have you tried turning the power off to the appliance for at least 5 minutes and back on to see if that reboots the controls?
If not try that.
