I have changed control board twice. Ist one last about 3 months and got bad. display showed F15. top worked fine and the oven wont work. the board wont take any commands except continues beeping with F15 display. Changed the board 2nd time, the clock worked fine. I thought every thing should be ok since the clock is working. Couple of days later tried to use oven and the board stopped working. The time clock stopped working, the board start beeping and this time displayed F15 and some time F99. Except top nothing is working. I disconnected electrical plug for 15 minutes and tried again several times. no success. It is hard to believe that the board is bad again second time. I don't know what else to check. Kindly help. we need to get this oven fixed. Thanks.

Thank you for your post on The Appliance Repair Forum.
We are working with Appliance Zone .Com, Speedy Appliance.Com, and Thrifty Appliance Parts .Com to make sure your issue is actually the part problem.
We find that about 90 % is not actually the part issue but something else wrong with the appliance,
So I will assist you to try and get your unit up and running again as soon as we can.
If it is decided that it is a parts issue You will be directed Back to The parts Dealer that you ordered the part from to receive a Return Authorization. The Forum DOES NOT issue the RA we are here for Technical support ONLY .
Thank you!  The Appliance Repair Forum .

Whom did you purchase the part from?

What is the part number of the part that you installed?

And can you check the model number once again please ?

For the model number of GLGF386DCG the manufacture is not showing an error code of F-15 nor F-99

Ok You only have to post your reply once!
Here is that models technical data sheet .
ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Springfield/316417603en.pdf
You will see on page #1 there is no F-15 nor a F-99 fault code.
You do have the correct control board for that model.
I would test the voltage to the appliance and then test the voltage to the control board ,and check all of the control board connection .
