cabrio washer was throwing a Sd code after a 90% full cycle, but would not spin and just kept draining water. Did a system test and F83 appeared after going through Tests C1-C9

Hi, and welcome to the forum
Then Sd code is for an over suds washer. It is also associated with a washer that drains slowly.
The F83 error code is a lock that has failed to retract. This can be from too much weight pressing against the door or a bad door lock.
A full washer can trigger both error codes if conditions are just right.
Try a small load and see if the unit completes a normal cycle. If it does then it was just a glitch. If it stops or throws another error code let us know and we can go from there.

Hello,

(F-68) F then 1 flashes when there is a primary control failure.
This is a general code saying something within the control has gone wrong. Before you replace the machine control assembly unplug and reconnect all of the wire connections several times to make sure that they are making good contact.

(f-83) The best I could find by scouring the internet was that it was a communication problem between the central control unit and the electronic control box. I was getting F1 codes that would stop the wash, then diagnostics showed F68 and F41 codes.
It sounds like the bleach dispenser is clogged or has a crack in it. What we do, is when we bleach our clothes and I know that this is extra work, but we wait until the washing machine is full of water, then add the bleach directly to the wash.
