Hi, welcome to the Repair Forum. If they are a flat panel, yes, they may be cut. It will not be easy to do, however. If you need to cut one, I would recommend you take the panel and dimensions to a heating and cooling shop so they can use a metal brake to cut it squarely and evenly because if you attempt to cut it using tin snips, it will probably damage the edges and the finished product will not likely be aesthetically appealing.
